Get Lashes To Die For With Latisse

Latisse is the new eyelash growth product that is currently taking the beauty industry by storm. It is the only FDA-approved product designed to grow lashes that are longer, fuller and darker – in short, lashes to die for! Latisse is a product of Allergan, a specialty pharmaceutical company. In 2001 Allergan was developing a separate product to treat ocular hypertension. During testing, Allergan researchers discovered that patients were beginning to grow longer, denser lashes. This led them to isolate the active ingredient in the test product, and eventually develop the new eyelash growth product known as Latisse.

A physician must prescribe Latisse. It is medically indicated to treat a condition known as hypotrichosis, which is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes. This eyelash growth product is applied topically, once daily, along the skin of the upper eyelashes. Users usually begin to see longer lashes at about 4 weeks, and reach their full growth potential at 16 weeks of treatment.
