Humans from the perspective of the Elf: they look like they are just bloated eveywhere. just slightly rounded off in places, like they were filled with air and then slightly deflated. PIERS MORGAN Pigmentation: Good pigmentation for a liquid liner, but one stroke does not give an opaque line as I expect from most of the eyeliners; I have to wait for the line to dry out and then add another layer and repeat this process for a few times to get a solid black line.
